By using Advanced X Video Converter


Open Advanced X Video Converter. Click the Add Task button on the main window.


Select Split Video in the Task window. Click the Next button.


Open a video file that you want to split a clip from. You could preview the video file by clicking the Preview button.


Restrict the video range by sliding the right and the left arrow.


Select an output format and then select a codec in the pull-down menu below. In general, the default value is OK.

Click the Save As button to locate the output video clip.

Click the Done button.
